hmmm, i just wanna tell you guys that my friend said there's a nice web
known as comictutorials.com

she said that it includes a bunch of video tutorials, standard tutorials, contests, webcomics, animated comics, brushes, textures, photoshop scripts and other things! It might be a really useful site to check out, all ye artists out there.

and the best part is that there's a wacom tablet waiting for those 100 people who posted this in their journal which will be entered in a raffle.
